Una reseña histórica de Vincentiana, la revista de estudios vicentinos y misión (1956-2026)

Este artículo repasa los setenta años de trayectoria (1956-2026) de Vincentiana, la revista oficial de la Congregación de la Misión, desde sus orígenes como un simple boletín interno hasta convertirse en un foro mundial para los estudios vicentinos. Iniciada por Annibale Bugnini y alentada por el Superior General William M. Slattery, la primera edición (1957) respondió al llamamiento de la Asamblea General de 1956 a la unidad, la comunicación y la conciencia misionera. Concebida inicialmente como una Nuntia que informaba sobre las noticias del Vaticano, la Curia y las provincias, la revista evolucionó gradualmente hasta convertirse en un espacio para la reflexión teológica, la investigación histórica y el diálogo pastoral arraigado en el carisma de Vicente de Paúl. Con el tiempo, Vincentiana integró diversas voces, idiomas y contextos, convirtiéndose en un instrumento de comunión y formación. Hoy en día, tanto en formato impreso como digital, se erige como una plataforma significativa que fomenta la identidad vicenciana global, la erudición y la reflexión orientada a la misión.
