This article traces the seventy-year development (1956–2026) of Vincentiana, the official journal of the Congregation of the Mission, from its origins as a simple internal bulletin to a global forum for Vincentian studies. Initiated by Annibale Bugnini and encouraged by Superior General William M. Slattery, the first issue (1957) responded to the 1956 General Assembly’s call for unity, communication, and missionary awareness. Initially conceived as a Nuntia reporting news from the Vatican, Curia, and provinces, the journal gradually evolved into a space for theological reflection, historical research, and pastoral dialogue rooted in the charism of Vincent de Paul. Over time, Vincentiana integrated diverse voices, languages, and contexts, becoming an instrument of communion and formation. Today, in both print and digital forms, it stands as a significant platform fostering global Vincentian identity, scholarship, and mission-oriented reflection.
